1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and winpkr15 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the winpkr15 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the winpkr15 platform in any capacity. Your continued use of winpkr15 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

winpkr15 is strictly available to individuals who are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you declare that you meet this age requirement. winpkr15 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and the original deposit amount (minus any applicable processing fees) will be returned to the payment source.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one active winpkr15 account. You may not register multiple accounts using different names, payment methods, email addresses, or device identifiers. winpkr15 employs detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, winpkr15 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit any bonus balances. Genuine player balances in such accounts will be consolidated into a single account at winpkr15's discretion.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. winpkr15 uses this information for identity verification and payment processing. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

winpkr15 is operated for and marketed to users located in Pakistan. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws in their jurisdiction. winpkr15 makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in jurisdictions outside Pakistan.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

winpkr15 is required to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, and in certain other circumstances. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

3.1 What Verification Requires

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other government-issued document showing your name and current address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the Easypaisa wallet, JazzCash account, or bank account used for deposits.

3.2 Timeline

winpkr15 aims to complete KYC verification within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of verification. Incomplete or unclear documentation will be returned with a request for re-submission. winpkr15 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete KYC documentation submitted by the player.

4. Deposits

All deposits on winpkr15 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. winpkr15 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside winpkr15's control.

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. winpkr15 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, it will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Failed or Reversed Deposits

In the event a deposit fails to reach your winpkr15 account but has been debited from your payment method, contact winpkr15 support with the transaction reference number. winpkr15 will investigate and resolve confirmed missing deposits within 5 business days.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

winpkr15 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on winpkr15 unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free-spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be staked in eligible games before a withdrawal is processed. The standard wagering requirement at winpkr15 is 25x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different figure.

5.2 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general rule: slots contribute 100%, crash games contribute 50%, live casino and table games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 10%. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and the winnings derived from them expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Standard bonus validity at winpkr15 is 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.

5.4 Abuse of Bonus Offers

winpkr15 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts, low-risk or near-zero-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear bonuses without genuine gaming activity, and providing false information to obtain bonuses.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

winpkr15 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any bet at its discretion. Bets are only accepted when they are confirmed by the winpkr15 system and a confirmation reference is generated. A bet that has been placed but not confirmed — due to a technical failure or connectivity issue — is not valid and the stake will be returned to the player's balance.

6.2 Obvious Errors

winpkr15 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error — for example, due to a technical glitch that resulted in incorrect odds being published. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. winpkr15 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct obvious errors promptly.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

winpkr15 applies maximum payout limits per bet event and per day. These limits vary by sport, market, and game type. Maximum single-event payout for cricket betting is Rs 25,00,000. For casino games and crash games, maximum single-round payouts are governed by the game provider's stated limits. Winnings above the applicable maximum will be paid up to the maximum limit only.

6.4 Results and Disputes

Official match and game results are used to settle bets. For cricket, results are taken from the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). For live casino games, the dealer's ruling at the table is final. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event result. winpkr15 will review disputes and communicate a decision within 5 business days.

7. Withdrawals

winpkr15 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests.

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum single withdrawal amounts vary by account tier: Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rs 5,00,000 per transaction; Silver VIP Rs 10,00,000; Gold VIP Rs 25,00,000; Platinum VIP Rs 50,00,000. Higher amounts by arrangement through your account manager (Platinum tier only).

7.2 Processing Times

• Standard accounts: Processed within a few hours, typically same day.
• Silver VIP: Processed same day, priority queue.
• Gold VIP: Processed within 2 hours.
• Platinum VIP: Near-instant processing.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

winpkr15 may delay or withhold a withdrawal in the following circumstances: KYC verification is incomplete; there is an open dispute on the account; a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied; there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering. winpkr15 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay within 24 hours of the delay occurring.

7.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally possible. winpkr15 reserves the right to process a withdrawal via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable, following confirmation from the player.

8. Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on winpkr15 and constitute a breach of these Terms. winpkr15 may close an account, void all bets, and withhold funds where a player engages in any of the following:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing account access with another person or playing on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or collusion in live casino games.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering activity or to process funds derived from illegal sources.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the winpkr15 platform or its games.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your winpkr15 account at any time by contacting support at support@winpkr15.ws. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by winpkr15

winpkr15 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where a player has breached these Terms. winpkr15 will communicate the reason for closure to the player via the registered email address. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms, winpkr15 may withhold funds pending investigation.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet). winpkr15 will notify the account holder by email before applying a dormancy administration fee of Rs 500 per month. The balance will not fall below zero. Players can reactivate dormant accounts by logging in at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the winpkr15 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, and interface design — is the intellectual property of winpkr15 or its licensed game providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the winpkr15 platform. You may use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as a registered account holder.

11. Limitation of Liability

winpkr15 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous uptime, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free of technical errors. winpkr15 is not liable for losses caused by: platform downtime or maintenance; network or connectivity failures beyond our control; game or software errors that are resolved by returning the affected stake to the player.

winpkr15's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident is limited to the value of the stake placed in the relevant round or bet. winpkr15 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

12. Responsible Gaming

winpkr15 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All players have access to the following tools directly from their account settings:

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are written in English and the English version is the binding version in all circumstances. In the event of a dispute between you and winpkr15, you are encouraged to first contact our support team at support@winpkr15.ws to seek an informal resolution. winpkr15 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 20 business days.

winpkr15 operates under the terms of its gaming licence. Players who remain unsatisfied following winpkr15's internal dispute resolution process may escalate to the relevant regulatory body as directed by the licensing authority.
